Sailcloth Tent Rentals for Weddings & Events
Some tents give you shade. Others steal the show! Our
sailcloth tent rentals feature beautiful sweeping peaks, tall center poles, and soft, natural light that makes any outdoor event feel special. Whether you're planning a wedding, a private party, or a large celebration, these tents bring something pretty incredible to the table!
Our Tidewater sailcloth tents feature a slightly see-through canopy that allows sunlight to filter through during the day. Add some warm lighting when the sun goes down, and you've got a space your guests won't soon forget.
Finding the Right Sailcloth Tent Size
Size matters, but so does your layout! Our sailcloth tents come in 44-foot and 51-foot widths, with several lengths to fit your event.
Before choosing a size, consider everything going underneath. Guest tables, chairs, buffet stations, bars, and dance floors all need room. And don't forget about those center poles! They play an important role in how your event space comes together.

A Few Things to Know Before Renting
Unlike traditional frame tents,
sailcloth tents must be staked into the ground. That means you'll need a suitable outdoor space with extra room around the tent for ropes and stakes.
You'll also want to confirm that your venue allows ground staking and has enough room for the entire tent footprint. Plus, these tents require time for installation and removal, so plan for venue access the day before and after your event.
